I have moved my belt down four notches and I now HAVE to wear one with my dress pants!
My DH now wants to eat like I do!
People are noticing, there is no better feeling than a compliment!
I traveled 11 hours in the car on Sat and then again on Sun and after a mini panic attack I actually did great, only short one serving of veggies.
