Today hubby and I went for a 45 minute walk. It was a little faster than I'm comfortable with (my 5'6 legs have to work twice as hard as his 6'2 ones) but I could still talk, so I guess it's not too much exercise for P1.
My severe knee trauma from 16 months ago seems healed and I now have the confidence to consider some strength training so it's ready for when I'm allowed to do cardio and strenuous exercise again.
So, what new habits are you developing to help in this weight loss and food plan retraining process?
