omg this is good stuff and it appears its a copy of IP ?? and cheaper..today is day ONE

never heard. where is it from/where do you buy?

I am in canada / ottawa area......and there appears to be MULTIPLE clinics that allow you to buy........ and like 6-7$ cheaper than IP....... I AM SO HAPPY about this because cost was a big reason I stopped IP

The boxes only have 5 packets..is that right?? I was told it is about $4 cheaper a week that is it. Am I wrong?

I have 7 items in each box. I picked up the jello, the oatmeal and vanilla cappucino SOOOOOOOOOO good

Looks like another company based out of Quebec. I wonder if it is all manufactured in the same place? They are all very similar.

This company also has an offer on the site that you can have all the products made into private label with your company' same/brand on them... I think that MANY of the products we see on line, at Nashua and other lesser known sites/brands are manufactured by the same company and made into private labels. I have noticed in several "brands" that the pictures are often the same as on better-known brands, and sometimes even the box colors are the same!

VERY interesting....... gotta say....... LOVING it so far... this apple oatmeal is great.... actual pieces of dehydrated apple in there mmmm

Is the meal plan essentially the same with restricted and non restricted plus 4 cups veggies and 5-8oz animal protein?

I read that you can have cheese and fruit on this diet.

Also that there are 3 different options depending on how low you're willing to cut your carbs.

I did not sign up to be 'followed' or coached... but yes they say ;you are allowed 2 oz of cheese a day no other dairy

I am just starting it today after hearing about it from a girl at work. Tough but so far the food seems pretty good.

Proti diet allows some fruit and dairy. I was also told they don't really classify products as restricted and not restricted.
