Mi IP clinic switched to pro-energy but my coach said to just keep following IP protocol since it is working well. She said their maintenance program is better than ip's and that's one of the reasons she switched. I used the IP chocolate drink mix all the time and I don't like pro energy as well but maybe my taste buds will adjust. The other stuff I've tried is good though.

I didn't find it that much cheaper either

LOSINGFORGOOD2010 06-23-2014 10:58 AM

you didnt; find it cheaper? IP in this area is like 27-33$ a box, and I paid 21$ a box. For me that is a lot better. Yes I am following the IP protocol with this product.

When I was on IP and decided to switch to alternatives I researched each product carefully. I came to the conclusion that they were all made in the same place in Quebec and just priced according to the packaging. So I switched to Protithin, Protidiet stuff. But very quickly they were no longer available in Canada as other people realized they were same thing too. But many people on this site arqued that IP products were similiar.
I would so do Pro-energy instead if it was available here.

Very interesting about the maintenance part, that is what I would really be intetersted in.

I have had the chocolate drink, vanilla shake, Carmel nut bar, rocky road at & grape drink all pretty good.

If you get a protocol sheet for their maintenance it would be great if you could share it.

Yes please.... I can't see how their maintenance program could be better than IP's... It is so straightforward & easy to follow, and you are able to eat like a normal person; it's practically a no-brainer. One main rule - separate your fat meal from your carb meal. Works!

I will. I weigh in tomorrow so I will ask if they can give me one. I'm curious as well!
