Smile First Week Weigh-In
I started IP on 5/22/2014. I lost 6.6 lbs this first week. I feel thinner. I am looking forward to seeing this through to maintenance. So glad I have this forum to help. I have been stalking here for the past week.

My name is Shelly. I feel like I know most of you all ready. I have been reading post after post and I see there are many regulars here. You seem like a fun group of people.

I am so impressed with the recipes too. I didn't realize how versatile those IP packets could be.

This will be the LAST time I will lose this weight. My all time heaviest was 242.4 on 5/12/2014. Lost 2.8 lbs leading up to my first IP appointment. IP Start weight 239.6, current 232.8, goal 140.

See you guys around the forum. Looking forward to making friends, learning new things and giving support.
