Just wanted to report in here: I just finished a 6-week reboot on P1. I lost 13 of the 15 pounds that I gained. Actually, it was 16 pounds. I'm 2 pounds under my goal, but I want to lose another 3, but I'll do that on P3 with swimming. Just felt it was time to phase off.
I'm determined not to let it happen again, but really, really thankful that I hav th tools, knowledge, and support (here) to is go back to P1 and get it done. This time I used alternatives, except for the occasional IP drink or soup. I have a great coach who lets me stop in and buy whatever I want. So I'm proof that it can be done. Hang in there, everyone. Don't give up! |
Good Sat morning to all, got up early and walked 2 miles, so nice to feel good again and really nice to find old friends like halfagain, joyish, IP43 and of corse Lisa she is such a inspiration, oh and Molly too!

Need Help
Hello,
Well I also fell off the IP plan about 3 weeks ago and have been regaining weight. I am so frustrated with myself and can't seem to being angry at myself, even though I know it's not a good thing to punish myself. Today, I will start again. I really need a support group, unfortunately my local IP program could care less and provide Zero support. They seem to be all about the money. I don't really know how to maneuver through these chats, can anyone help me. Betty |

I swore that I was not going to gain my weight back. Lost 30 pounds and have gained 20 pounds over the last 4 years. I am very upset with myself. I am on day 2. Too many excuses. The party is over. Back to reality.
