Also, how do I get a ticker??

Pebbles1964 08-11-2014 07:00 PM

ShelbyLynn. . . this is on the first page of the "daily chat" thread:

Tickers and Signatures:
There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.

I hope this helps.:^:

Go to the first post of this thread and you will see the nutritional guidelines for selecting IP alternative products to fit IP. Then go about five posts down to my post which has a little additional info. Then compare the Lindora product info to this info and see if each product you have fits IP. You should use this info to select all alternative products. Then follow the Phase 1 sheet with your alternatives and you should be fine!

Check out the thread Chubby and on a Budget - there is a discussion including some Lindora products.

Thanks JLUS but I already know my products follow the IP requirements, I just wanted to know if the other ladies on here have tried it out. :)

Awesome! This can give people who are less familiar with Lindora as an option clarification that they fit IP.

I tend to be more traditional for bfast, so while I can have them, I choose to have a more "breakfast" food then chips!

Thanks JLUS :) So, are the chips considered unrestricted? If so, could I have them as a snack in addition to my Quest bar (as a snack) each day? Here is an example of what I would do:

B - Scrambled eggs (1 whole egg & 3 egg whites)
S - Quest bar (unrestricted - 8 net carbs)
L - Salad (2 cups spinach, 3 oz. grilled chicken, 1 hardboiled whole egg, 3 hardboiled egg whites & EVOO/ACV dressing)
S - Quest chips (unrestricted?)
D - 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast & 2 cups cauliflower

Would this meet the IP requirements? I hope so, because I'd love to try the chips! :)

Quest chips are unrestricted...

Are you intentionally having 4 "packets"? You are having eggs twice, each serving equal to a packet, plus Quest (restricted) and chips? And 7 oz meat divided (should be 8 oz)... Some people do have 4 packets if they are over 200 lbs. you are getting close (soooo close) to onderland, so you will need to drop to 3 packets!

I have searched the web and this forum, but to date, have been unable to find an answer:(.

Does anyone know of an alternative for IP's blueberry cran-granata drink and the raspberry jelly?

My coach said these are "free" and that I could have one a day if I wanted. For that reason (and the price and the fact they are loaded with collagen), I'd like to find alternatives.

Thanks and have a great day:D.

Tanklan 08-13-2014 11:01 AM

I'm thinking of switching to alternatives and was wondering what are the best vitamins and supplements to use that are closest to IP?

Hmmm... these products have NEVER been FREE to my knowledge - always count as one of your packets. I also have read by many who use them that because they are incomplete proteins, IP recommends they only be used twice per week. Please post this question on the Daily Chat because there are many who use them there and can give you feedback. Personally I don't use them and while I know TONS about IP, since I don't use them I don't want to give you false info.

In doing a little research I think this looks like a good multi.
