Hooray May Mavens on all of our successes! I thought I was 13 weeks in, but realized it is 12. Down 51.2 lbs. I am so relieved that I've taken control on my weight rather than let it continue to define and limit me.

i tried to separate my protein lunch and dinner and my coach said I wasn't allowed to...hmmm? any thoughts?

Unfortunately, IP clinics aren't consistent. Different coaches have different "house rules". Many people split up their protein & have marvelous results. As long as you have 3 packets per day and carefully measure so you don't go over 8 oz ( measured raw) protein per day, IP works!

Week 14 WI -2.1 total 41.3 only 8.7 shy of -50!!! Can t wait.
Not huge weight loss this month but i am 1.7 lbs away from the 100's and Once I fall below I promise myself I ll never go back.
iP is strict, it is different, it is not a quick overnight process but IT WORKS!!
Hoping all you May starters are having a great summer.

When I started, my goal weight was 165 based on my doctor’s recommendation to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I remember see the number I had to lose to do it (40bs) and thought “no way”. Well, I started on May 7th so yesterday was the 3-month date for me and am down 41 lbs. – one lb. under my original goal.

Because I'm not yet at in the normal BMI range for my height and not quite content with what my body looks like at this weight, I’ve readjusted my goal downward. I’ve also become a little fitness obsessed (hello, yoga) and maybe a little preoccupied with food prep/presentation products (why yes, I do need a hardboiled egg mold in the shape of a star) but that might be a story for another day.

I’m glad to see everyone still hanging in here and can’t wait to see what the next 3 months brings for us all.

PS: I think that Kelly has a new photo – looks great! So nice to put a face to the name.

Lol I got nervous and took my picture down. I'll have to put it back up. I agree it is nice to put a face with a name. :)

Hey May ladies how is everyone doing this week? I am pleased so far as my scale is moving everyday this week. Hoping it keeps moving down until my weigh in on Friday. (week 15). I m happy to say that on my home scale I have left the 200's and I couldn't be happier. I have now set a new goal to look forward to the 170's...then my next will be the 150's...and hopefully down to 140. Again, I want to see how my body looks and feels as I keep losing to put a final final goal. Hope everyone is feeling encouraged and staying on track. Remember it is just one meal at a time...day by day and we can all do this!! Routing for you all!!

The scale has been moving slowly for me the past few weeks. I'm still hanging in there by reminding myself it doesn't matter how long it takes to get there just so long as I get there. I also went out and bought some new smaller duds to give my motiviation a boost. Nothing like retail therapy to make you feel better!

Hey to all my fellow May starters! My scale is moving slowly these days too! I have 10 to go and feel like they will take their sweet time leaving my body! I have been having a bit of diet fatigue the past few weeks so I am trying to refocus and reading Becks daily! Hope everyone is doing great!

Week 15 -4.6 down. That was last Friday.., this week not really budging but I ecpected that. Did a ton of yardwork today snd I was exhausted! I made sure I drank plenty of water and paced myself however I still felt tired. Could I have done too much?

MarcusBrody 08-22-2014 11:41 AM

Good morning fellow May starters!
I have been so happy with my progress over the past four months, but these last few pounds are SO MUCH HARDER. However, I'm committed to fully transitioning out of the program and that means I'm starting phase 2 today. I'm inspired to see so many other folks moving along the same path. Here's to a well-planned and fully motivated weekend for us all!

Mae5 08-28-2014 09:50 AM

slooooowwww week this week. i've walked, drank water, never cheat, and my scale isn't budging...hmmm?? not TOM either... No explanation. Extremely hot outside...could this be water retention?

Rruthlyn 09-01-2014 02:31 PM

I'm still here. Going strong. Started at 154/152 and today I am 126.2. Sooooooo excited!!!

skinnygirl2B 09-01-2014 10:08 PM

Hey Mae 5
You and I seem to be following the same set of numbers. Keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to joining you in Onederland soon!
