I think you are missing a packet. The protocol is 3 packets per day, 1 being a restricted packet. I'm not sure about the brands you are using or if you have looked at calories/carbs/fats. But you have definitely come to the right place to find guidance!


I've been reading tons of posts on this site, and some people split their protein up and some eat it all at dinner.
