Anyone heard of this? I looked it up online, it is like a mini lobster but not a shrimp or crawfish. Costco had them on sale today so I tried them...had roasted asparagus and in the last five mins of cooking time I added my 8oz. Of langostino. They were delicious! Rich buttery taste of lobster but bite sized and half the price!

Pelagic Red Crabs. I never tasted them but saw them live on the Sea of Cortez. They are really cool-looking!

I've never had them, but I love lobster and these sound like a great sub. I'm going to keep my eye open for them. Thanks for the tip.
