I like looking at everyone's weight loss tickers! It is motivation for me and proof that this will work. As well as everyone's positive outlook.
I tried it years ago but I really didn't have the finances for it at the time and had to stop after week 2. This time I'm at a position to go with it and the information I gathered with alternatives, really help with the cost of the whole thing. Thank you everyone for being so GREAT on here! |

I had to look up what ONEDERLAND was.......... very new here. I know that feeling when I first moved to Florida from Mississippi. I was at 210 and when I made the move down, I had only a part-time job so I hit the gym. I would wear myself out at that gym and I lost weight to 185. Then I got a full-time job and the drive to and from that job took up my gym time. (single mom needs time with her child) So now I hardly workout and my weight started to creep back up to 198. So I started IP before it got any worse and I dropped to 175. It was an amazing feeling and gave me motivation to stick to this. No matter what!
GREAT job ladies! You have ALL come a long way! I hope one day I will be able to do the same. I'm hoping for 140-130 range. |

Morning all. Managed to get thru the office potluck , it helped that we were having a sales contest during the same time. I focused on that rather than the food. Just two more work days then I'm on holiday vacation. Very excited!
Ems70508 congrats on Onederland!! |
I am down half a pound and I will take it given how much I have been baking the past week!
|
A Happy Dec 20th to me! Down another 2.4 lbs and 2.5 inches which totals 24lbs in 6 weeks!
Happy Onederland Ems! Congrats Sarahbell! |

When I was an early Teen probably)... Congrats on on the great progress happening, even through the holiday season! |
I think everyone should give themselves a "pat on the back"! We are losing and maintaining our weight during a time when most gain 10+ pounds. So stick to your allowed foods and feel good about your choices. Rejoice...it's that time of year :)
