I have had some free time to get creative with IP packets. Here's my recipe (I eyeballed all the measurements..)

-1 Ideal Protein Vanilla drink powder packet
-1 Ideal Protein pre-made chocolate pudding pack
-1 tablespoon Walden Farms chocolate DIP
-1 egg
-pinch of Ideal salt
-pinch of stevia
-sprinkling of cinnamon
-a bit of water to get the mixture to "batter" texture

I mixed all of these together with a fork (an electric mixer works great too!) and then poured into two mini (4") cake pans (metal type) and baked for 15 mins on 350 degrees. I let them cool after they were puffy and then put Walden Farms marshmallow dip on top of one and then stuck the other cake right on top and frosted the whole thing like a layer cake.

If you serve this COLD it's MUCH better than warm. =) The cake is moist from the pudding and the marshmallow dip tastes better frozen than warm!

That looks delicious! One downfall about doing IP strictly with alternatives is not being able to make all of these recipes people post!
