I'm here! 100% for a few days after going off program for 4 days over Thanksgivkng. Hoping to stay this way for 3 weeks but in a couple of weeks I'll be making Christmas cookies with my kids. Must stay strong! Mug stay strong!

Well had a few drinks last night and a couple of bites of fried alligator tail. Ugh. My tummy is super upset this am. Today it's going to be 100%.

If it makes you feel any better, I cheated Thurs-Sun of last week. Gained alot! But I went back OP on Monday and I have lost what I gained plus a little more. I was surprised how quickly the weight came off from my Thanksgiving binge. I think it's kind of like a bandaid, just have to rip it off and get back on track. I'm rooting for you!

Yesterday was a tought day . My flight was late. Not much options at the airport late at night. I had a starbucks oat bar. That was the best I could do. Better choice then chips or a bagel .
Back at 100% today !

Back at 100% today !

Traveling can be challenging. I travel for work and I've learned to eat some protein just before I leave the house and then bring a purse full of IP products. Once I'm through security I just need a bottle of water.

It can be a massive challenge to drop habits that have formed over the decades.............my bad habit is munching and grazing. I for some reason this weekend cannot stop!!! Stupid taste buds

This weekend has sucked. I'm glad it's over. Gotta get my head on straight for tomorrow. I ate off plan 50% of the weekend. :/

Gotta take my daughter to an orthopedist tomorrow, she's injured her knee somehow. Hope it's not serious

I agree this weekend sucked!!!! I did a craft fair all weekend and god today I was so tired and I just kept eating. I did not eat anything off plan but I must have had 2 or 3 days worth of on plan food today, lol. Okay back to OP 100% in the morning...hopefully!!!
