You're supposed to eat it all
However, coming from such a small amt, I found it took me a few days to get used to it.
In the meantime, I rotated bites from each food group & figured out ways to incorporate more into smaller things (I made a paleo muffin w/nut butter, homemade plain yogurt & then blended in fruit). It ended up being just right and kept me full until mid-afternoon.
