My first loss was 6.4 and I weighed 215.8 at the time.

Any loss is a good loss, just remember that.

I lost 10 the first week - but most of that was water I'm sure. Consistently have lost between 2 and 5 since then. It's amazing...this is the first diet that I have been on when I consistently lose. I expect plateaus or gains, especially once I get close to maintenance...but I really do love this diet - so far.

PS - I like that your goal is 175. I set mine at 199, which probably seems high for most people, but I have never been under 235 in my adult life, so I feel like if I can get to 199 that would be a good weight for me. I know that weighing less that 150 probably isn't in the cards for me due to my build...feeling like the 190's are a healthy number that I can maintain and keep my sanity.

I seem to be a slow loser compared to many others.. my stats are on my signature.. but as long as its consisitently going down I am happy to me 10 lbs a month would be awesome..good luck at your weigh in.

I lost 9lbs. I know most of it is water weight but I will take it. I only lost 2 1/2 inches though. Into the second week I go!.

Fantastic results! Keep up the great work!!! By the way, don't say "only" and "lost 2 1/2 inches" in the same sentence! I lost 8 pounds and matched your 2.5" the first week as well. However the most exciting thing to me was half of my total inches lost came off my waistline.
