Default IP Substitution

Hello and good morning all. I hope everyone is having an awesome day. Yesterday was tough on me...I was genuinely feeling hungry. TOM is supposed to arrive next week so I am thinking that may be the cause. Anyhow, I am really low on product (going to get some tonight) and all I have is orange drink and the pasta which I have been eating the past two days. Because the drink is so low, I was thinking it could have contributed to my hunger yesterday...was so intense I thought I couldn't make it and I honestly was really grumpy.

Today I brought two hardboiled eggs for lunch as a sub with my veggies. Anyone done this before? I did it because I was sooo hungry yesterday and really out of the good packets that seem to hold me over.

Actually, 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites is a more accurate packet substitution. 2 whole eggs is probably a restricted, due to fat content.

I always like to keep extra product on hand so this doesn't happen. Maybe next time buy and couple extra boxes.

I keep extra packets around and premade drinks. I boil a few eggs to keep in the fridge - my coach said 2 eggs whites a day if needed. They are "free". There was one day I ate a boiled egg for breakfast cause I needed something solid and after my coffee I didnt want another drink. I still had 3 packets but it was my first week and I was hungry. I am now sticking to plan...

Good idea. I have just been doing a reboot for a couple weeks and I am already at goal again so I have been hesitant about getting a bunch of food that I know I will not be needing anytime soon (hopefully). But you are right, extras are always better than the alternative.
