I've used it the whole time no problems, it's so hot you don't need much, I think it has 1 carb but there is no sugar on the ingredient label and I think it comes from the peppers themselves.

I don't use mio's or Splenda or any of the walden farm stuff so the way I look at it, it all comes out in the wash.

But in the end its your call.

The Rooster bottle Sriracha has sugar listed as an ingredient, hence why I thought it wasn't allowed (all other ingredients look ideal protein appropriate). Unless you found a no-sugar brand?

I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce the other day to make buffalo chicken. Could substitute other hot sauces in place of your missing sriracha?

http://fareastnorthamericafood.com/c...ili-sauce.html

That's a link to the brand I have. After reading that I had to double check the label. But no there Is no sugar in this one ingredients are chili, garlic, distilled vinegar, water, salt, and potassium sorbate as a preservative

For 1 tsp it's

0 cal. 0 fat. 110g of sodium. But carb and sugar have 1

I thought if it had carbs it had calories. Any way I bought it from the Chinese food market.

Ugh...as I'm reading ingredients in other languages I see "sucre". #%@$. You can prob disregard this post.
