Default The big C !!
I am a big believer in natural products and hate taking pills.. even though I take all the supplements religiously. I actually had issue with "constipation" last week and found the following natural remedy that took care of the problem !!

1 tsp of hot water with 1-2 drops of Ginger essential oil

The "potion" was supposed to be 1 tsp of olive oil with the ginger...but since I want to keep my 2 tsps of olive oil to cook...I replaced it with warm water as suggested !!

Worked like a charm !! Just wanted to let you know

I got it at the health store...not GNC though...you can google it and find it online
