In the produce section of the Whole Foods near me, they have boxes of precut mixed vegetables. Asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, etc. They aren't cheap, but they're great for roasting in the oven or on the grill when you just feel like being lazy!

I get the stuff from the deadly dozen list at whole foods.
These are produce items that we should ALWAYS only consume organically grown.
The list is easy to find through google if you have never heard of it.
Just google deadly dozen produce

I also buy some of my grass fed/pasture raised proteins there.

Remember: there is a much processed food (AKA crap) @ Whole Foods as there is in any supermarket. And not everything is organic. Only items labeled as such.

I went to our Whole Foods this morning specifically to restock on frozen rhubarb. There was none and there was no longer a place for it on the freezer shelf! I asked someone and they checked on it for me. Came back and told me that they no longer carry it! I am so upset as this is the only place I can find it.
I'm hoping this is a mistake. If you are able to find any when you go, please come back and post.
