Lisa, I clicked on the link and was taken to a Google "Request Access" button, which I clicked on, and it just said "your request has been sent"! I couldn't include an email or anything, and I'm not sure if the request goes to you or not. But that's the only option I had. Actually sent it twice because I went back to see if I did it wrong the first time, but it was the same process. So hopefully you'll get the request! PS - I have the numbers "5" and "9" in my email address in case you receive something and don't recognize the sender :)
