Default raw weight vs cooked weight of IP protiens

I need some help clarify something...is the 4 cups of veggies and the 8oz of meat that I am supposed to take in daily the weight of the cooked amount we are to take in or the uncooked weight?

Uncooked.

LizRR has a few excellent vegetable measurement tables in her veggie purée thread. It is here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...ie-purees.html

Ps I love the asparagus purée

I've seen this question over and over during the last two years lol...my entire Phase 1 was cooked protein as my coach and her regional rep said cooked. I think it's one of those Canadian/US differences but with cooked 8 oz protein I still considered myself 100% OP. If you have a coach, get it clarified.

My coach (who is also a Region Rep) said IP says "pre-cooked," which is kind if a translation from French issue. In English, pre-cooked means "cooked first". However at all of her trainings, the intention has always been to weigh RAW.

I believe this is where the confusion came in. Whoever did the translation didn't understand the meaning of "pre-cooked" and thought it meant "before cooking"!
