Hello everyone
I am on my third week and so far lost 14 ibs...but tonight, big challenge ahead of me !! We have a family reunion at the Olive Garden and I am not sure what would be good to eat - I am kiinda tired of the whole lettuce + veggies.. so I was thinking to take the Mussels (won't drink the broth) with the salad without dressing...or the baked tilapia with shrimp and steamed veggies !!
