Default Going out for dinner tonight ! Need help

Hello everyone
I am on my third week and so far lost 14 ibs...but tonight, big challenge ahead of me !! We have a family reunion at the Olive Garden and I am not sure what would be good to eat - I am kiinda tired of the whole lettuce + veggies.. so I was thinking to take the Mussels (won't drink the broth) with the salad without dressing...or the baked tilapia with shrimp and steamed veggies !!

Have you checked out the menu? If you're having a reunion you'll be a larger party right? So, just take your time when ordering and be sure they know how your food needs to be prepared. Usually steamed veggies (if you want to forgo the salad) is a good choice, and match it with protein (double the quantity to get 8 ounces). You'll do fine! Have fun!

look for olive garden..should help you with some of your decisions.

some folks even call ahead to ensure what they are going to order doesn't have hidden items in the recipe so you wont be tossed out of ketosis unknowingly.

Thank you so much... Great link ! Already picked out my menu and bracing myself for the breadsticks.... They will NOT win !... LOL...
