A plateau would be several weeks of no scale movement and no decrease in measurements

Thanks for everyone's answers to my vitamin question. I'm frustrated with my coach for misguiding me for the past month! Thanks for setting me straight!

Happy 4th of July to my American friends! Today I plan on picking wild strawberries and making it into a yummy jam to give away as gifts. I am also going to look at a litter of puppies and might just take one home

Most vitamins we take just make very expensive pee....

almost all vitamins need to be taken with food in order to be abosbed better too.

rather than lugging my bottles around i have made up lil snack baggies of my vitamins am and lunch or pm ones....so they are portable for when i'm at work...i tape the lil baggie to my salad for work so i never forget to take them lol

Happy 4th Everyone!!! I am at work, but that's ok. I'll get to see fireworks from a great vantage point and since my daughter doesn't like the noise it works out, esp with Holiday pay.

I have a party on the 6th and am probably bringing my own veggies. Looking forward to it though cause I plan on wearing something cute.

Woohoo! We just hosted a Fourth of July cookout lunch/pool party and ti was great. Lots of grilled chicken and steaks, a spinach and cauliflower salad, fruit (mostly for the kids, but adults ate it too) and a bunch of desserts I DIDN'T WANT TO EAT! (OK, I would have eaten a brownie, but I just made myself a frappuccino and that was better.) Plus, I hit -20.4 pounds this morning!! Nothing like a nice whoosh right before a party to keep yourself OP. Happy Fourth everyone And Happy Thursday to my non-American friends...

Had the best phone call from my mom today. She told me to take her credit card and go buy myself some new clothes! She must be tired of seeing me my saggy baggy old clothes.

We had a great day on the lake today and I stayed OP. Can't wait to see fireworks tonight. I won't worry so much about collapsing the lawn chair this year. Happy 4th!

I'm kinda freaking out. Hopped on a plane / boat at the last minute en route for Nantucket. Had very little time to pack and threw a bunch of IP packets in my luggage but now realize I have no snack foods, like the restricted stuff, which would be so easy to eat while I'm out and about.

Please send me good energy to stay OP - I figure the protein meals will be easy as I'll eat fish all the time out there and pray the packets I did bring with will be sufficient for me to stay OP.

But, I'm scared and nervous nonetheless.

Plateau person - when that happened to me, my coach suggested looking at what may have happened in my life at the weight I was stuck on. I took a few days to do just that, figured it out, and then the weight started to drop again.

Get second-hand if you can. They won't fit long!
