25 by the First Day of Fall

If we start on Sunday, we have 11 weeks til the Autumnal Equinox.

Some of us could be at goal by then!

Here is the spreadsheet link

Enter your info. If caluculations don't show up after allowing it to save, PM me...please don't put the message on the thread. Or if someone does, no need to repeat if something isn't working. I'll see messages faster if you PM me.

If a column says it will auto calucualte, it WILL (don't add values there or it messes up the formulas)! But the page must be saved on some computers for the calulations to appear.

Please don't sort the spreadsheet or make other changes, other than adding your own data (weekly losses)
Changes others are making is creating more work for people because formulas stop working.
Thank you and happy losing!

I'm in. I've never done one of these before, but it aligns very closely with my end goal! I was shooting for 25 by the end of Sept, so this will just push me a week earlier. Thanks for setting it up!

So in!!!!! (Although, I must admit, I'm a little scared about actually setting a 25 pound goal. This has never worked for me really and I always feel disappointed in myself. But Maybe, just maybe, this time will be different.:-)

I'm in! Long term challenges have worked well for me, and this ties in with my one-derland by my birthday (October 1) goal!

newlady 07-03-2013 09:51 PM

I need to jump on the band wagon. Been off the program since Thanksgiving. I think it's time

My weight loss has been SOOOOO slow lately. When I started, I thought I would be at goal by now. Thanks for starting this Lisa, and here's hoping that this challenge will finally get me there!

WestLAgrl 07-04-2013 11:27 AM

I am in!

I added myself to the spreadsheet

lisa32989 07-04-2013 11:27 AM

Mine too, Rarebird. After some reading, I'm giving my body a Ketosis break for July (and part of June).
Doesn't mean I not still dieting.
I know I won't have 25 by beginning of Fall but I'm hoping Halloween!

Ruth Ann 07-04-2013 12:39 PM

I'm in! Good motivator! Thanks for setting this up Lisa.

I've been thinking that my body might benefit from shaking up my diet a bit. I'm still very motivated and not afraid I'll stray if I do this, I'm just not sure what would be beneficial at this point. I know you're an A-1 researcher... can you share a bit of what your new "plan" is, until you go full force again? Thanks, Lisa

I am on the board!
I have taken a 3 month break due to the overwhelming amount of stress incurred but I am 100% committed.

goldilocksinct 07-04-2013 02:07 PM

I'm in as well. I get weighed in Saturday, so I will put in my start weight after that.

It is exciting that this challenge will take me well into Onderland! :cheer:

Put your start weight now. Your Saturday WI will be good for next Sun.
Notice, this ends on a sun.

brelo 07-05-2013 01:13 AM

I did it, I put my name on the spreadsheet!

Cynaria 07-05-2013 06:54 AM

I'm in. I WI on Tuesdays. The weight I used is what I weighed this week. Should I be using that weight or my official WI weight next week? Or should I use my own scale as I do not weigh in on Sundays?
For now I just used my last official weigh in.

lisa32989 07-05-2013 07:04 AM

I put my current weight

kileymed13 07-05-2013 09:15 AM

I am in! I haven't done one is way too long and this should help motivate me again!

First of all, THANK YOU for putting the form together it is appreciated. Thanks for clarifying the dated as I was a little confused too. The weeks read as if it is starting the week of the Sunday noted, not ending.

Oops! That's what happens when you cut/paste from another source.
Fixed.
The weeks will end on SUNDAY b/c the Autumnal equinox is a Sunday this year.
