IP packet hacks

  • Out of boredom from eating the same 4 meals every week for the last 7 weeks, my husband followed Rainbow's crab cake and mayo recipes using the IP potato puree.. AMAZING! It tasted like 'real' crab cakes...and by real, I mean the kind with bread crumbs that are probably way more caloric than these. With those kinds of recipes, I can finally believe i'll be able to do this long-term to reach my goal.

Anyone have any they've tried and loved? I have my WI tomorrow and want to order whatever packets i'll need to try more new recipes.

The zucchini muffins. I posted it in one of the recipe threads (#3 or #4)
Make with a pudding packet or potato purée or maple oatmeal
    They're a go-to for me.
  • Strawberry pudding + ice + blender = Starbucks Strawberry Frap
Banana pudding + zucchini and a punch of stuff = banana muffins. YUM! (search the site for banana muffins and you will find the recipe)
The mushroom puree in the "fun with veggie puree" threads is SO good. I eat it as a soup or added to soups.
  • FYI
There was already a thread & it is linked daily in the first post of the daily thread

  • Actually, I read that thread. I just wanted to find out which ones people found to taste the best, as I don't want to waste packets.
