Default Avocado???

my coach said it was ok to occasionally have a half of an avocado instead of my oil for the day. does anyone else do this? it makes sense since it used to be a restricted veggie. thoughts?

As per IP protocol, avocado is not permited.

It looks like every coach has their own spin, but i would stay away from it.

Your coach may be trying to make it more livable longer-term for you.
My friend's coach allowed an occasional slice of bacon (once or twice/month) in lieu of oil.
Just know these would be coach's "house rules" and not protocol.
My suggestion would be to learn the plan really well, run the info through nutritional analysis so you know what you're doing and make educated decisions.

My coach also allowed this several weeks in, only twice a week. I had no problems adding it in.
