The EAS 100% Whey is
ok to use - but the EAS Carb AdvantEDGE line is a much better choice. The 100% Whey is much higher in calories (closer in calorie count to an IP bar than a shake) and while the 7g carbs make it unrestricted, it's also higher in carbs than the IP shakes. The Carb AdvantEDGE products have 110 calories and 3g carbs, almost identical to the IP shakes.
