My clinic gave me a sample and I thought it was really delicious, but it also was too expensive for me to have every day. May change my mind though...
But, I researched the ingredients.
Yerba matte has caffeine and has been used in South America for years as an appetite suppressant. I bought some of the yerbe matte loose leaves and throw it in my pot of tea in the morning.
Garcinia Cambogia is also known as citrin and is also an appetite suppressant and I just got a supplement form to take.
Guarana is too, but I haven't gotten a supplement yet.
Dandelion leaves have vitamins, acts as a diuretic, appetite suppressant and support kidney function. I could find dandelion root, but haven't found the leaves.
Chicory root has no caffeine, but is good for the 'big C' and is a probiotic, so I add some of the ground form to my coffee.
CLA is fine, as long as it is a natural form, tonalin or clairinol. I just started that as a supplement.
I couldn't find the bitter orange peels, but I've love to put them in my tea.
So, if the IP tea is too spendy for you, you could choose one of the individual components and try them.
Good luck!
