I usually have the dark chocolate pudding but I eat it thick like brownie batter. I add about 2oz of water to a mug, add two packets of splenda, a tablespoon of dark chocolate cocoa and the pudding mix then just mix with a spoon. I'll add more water as needed. I have to say I really disliked the puddings at first but this is now my new favorite to at the end of the day. sometimes I'll add vanilla extract or cinnamon.

I also have to say that I've doing Ideal protein for 5 1/2 months and have lost 55 lbs. I am at the point though where I am totally disinterested in food for the most part. I just like to get the last meal of the day over with lol.

I thought I was the only one!

I use the shaker, but I don't let anyone watch me because it isn't pretty.

Think licking the mixing bowl/mixer on the kitchen floor as a four year old in mom's kitchen after she makes brownies.

I do the same LOL
:o

I'm another licker of the spring ball. If you squeeze it you can get the pudding easily  If I put the water in first I don't really have a problem with it being lumpy. I love the dark chocolate.

I got a Ninja blender thing (food prep--you stick the motor thing on top) and with a few ice chips and a splash of WF chocolate or caramel or some flavoring it is thick and smooth and yummy! (I admit to licking all parts that are not sharp.)

I never shake at work anymore--I make two puddings at breakfast in my Ninja and pack one for lunch. It is perfect every time.

SOmetimes, when I just need a "taste" of something sweet but don;t want to use a whole packet, I will make a pudding ( usually adding a touch of Torani and WF marshmellow). I make it in the shaker, pour into a pretty bowl and chill for LATER, and then have my little taste by licking the lid & ball just like others have said-- then its kinds of like having the treat twice. Kinda messy but fun... =)

vanilla pudding idea

I put 8 oz water in freezer about 20-30" before eating time.

In a food processor, blend up the 8oz water w/ couple drizzles olive oil (1/2 tsp or less), 2-3 shakes of pumpkin pie spice, a few shakes of sea salt and splenda. One packet of the dry vanilla pudding mix. Blend until frothy and well mixed.

Pour into a tall glass or fluted sundae parfait cup, and enjoy like a shake!

My center told me today that a ready made pudding is coming out in a week or so. Anyone else heard about this?

Have you tried making a paste out of it with a little warm water? Use a fork to get all the lumps out, then slowly add more water.

I like making my puddings into shakes with a little coffee.... so good.

Mercy you must be a chef... I cannot believe I never thought of that! Thank you so much for the idea. Smile...
