  • I also think the app has some great recipes, but find MFP much quicker and easier for food/meal journaling. Had $$ from gift cards on my iTunes account, so didn't think twice about buying it since it was "free" but don't think I'd be as satisfied if I'd spent my own $10 on it?
  • Quote: I purchased it and rather like it! Worth the money? Not sure! But with all the money I am saving by using alternative products and not drinking wine every night I figured I could afford it. Lol

LOL! Your comment made me laugh!

I, too, am saving a ton of $$$ on wine. And, honestly, I am saving a ton of $$$ using IP products themselves because I used to eat out at nice restaurants for nearly every single meal.

I'm using all the money saved to buy new smaller clothes for myself and am loving it!

APP sounds like it could be cool. I'm gonna check it out.
  • Wow! I bought a mac to build an IP iphone app and have not gotten very far along on my project! Didn't know there was one, can't wait to try it! The reviews are mixed, wish there was a free trial!!
  • I went ahead and picked it up. I like it so far but there are definitly some recipes listed as P1/P2 that aren't acceptable. Things like using cheese and in one case pepporoni. There are some other good looking recipes that are OP though that I plan to try next week after we get back from Houston.
  • M35A2- keep us posted I start soon and figure it would be a good addition to ip for keeping track!
  • Ideal Protein Phone App
I"ve seen posts regarding an IPhone App geared specifically to the Ideal Protein Diet but cannot find the name of it. I have tried to search the App Store but cannot find any. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
  • If it's IP recipes you're after (free!) I recommend this site. I live on it.
