OMG! WHY DID YOU PEOPLE NOT MAKE ME TRY THE RHUBARB THING BEFORE NOW?! I made that tonight (used frozen rhubarb, sweetened with WF pancake syrup) and it is every.thing.I.wanted. EVERYTHING.

Try this: cook 2 cups of rhubarb in the micro until it has broken down to sauce. Stir in a packet of raspberry gelatin. Serve warm or chilled as a applesauce substitute/gift from heaven. :)

If your coach recommends you phase off (after only 2 weeks) because they think you wont loose anymore weight, would you listen? I have only been on IP for 2 weeks. I have gone from 152 to 141 (tom weigh in) and have lost 6 1/4" . I am within my Ideal Body Weight and BMI for my height and age. I decided to stay on for one more week just because it is TOM for me and I want to see if it will make a difference at my next weigh in. I am not sure what to do, or what I want to do. I would love to see the scale at 130 but I don't know if I can/will. I was 130 last year this time but I lost a lot of muscle mass to get down that low. Right now my measurements are the exact same as I was at 130 (even though the scale says 141) What would you recommend I do? Phase off or stick with it? |
Ladies I feel your pain with TOM. Caused me to only lose 0.8 this week. I'm looking forward to a much bigger number next week.
