Ok to skip packets when not hungry?

  • Hi all,

    I saw some good info today on how to address hunger, but I'm on day 8 and having the opposite problem: I'm just not hungry at all. I eat about 2 bites of a meal and don't want to eat any more. How important is it to have all 4 meals per day at this stage?

  • Very important. It's low calorie as it is, spread your food out if that helps, but make sure you eat everything you're supposed to every day.
  • Ideas:

    Some packets are less filling than others
    Go for the drinks like orange, lemonade, peach/mango, piņa colada.

    Split your meat protein meat into smaller portions and eat them more often

    Once you acclimate to Ketosis, your appetite will pick up a bit.
