Default nectresse as sweetener?

Hi- I am new to this site but appreciate all the info so much. So I finally had ot post my own question because I can't find much info on it from the past.
There is a relatively new sweetener called "nectresse" from the makers of splends, which is all natural like stevia but made from monk fruit (whatever that is.) It has Erythritol (2 g) and less than 1g of other sugars (like spenda). I understand erythitol is allowed in moderation on the ideal protein diet (instead of some other sweeteners.) But wondering if anyone knows for sure about using nectresse (like one packet a day). Thanks for your advice...

It should be fine. As long as it's 0/0/0 it's allowed in moderation.

My personal take, I would not use it. There are still carbs present, and I do not subtract sugar alcohols from total carbs when figuring out net carbs.
