Hi I am new to this site so I hope I am doing this right. Yesterday was my 4th week on the IP diet and have lost 16 lbs which is great. I have been losing 3 to 4 lbs a week but yesterday I only lost 2.2 which is OK but I am wondering last week I ate the Carmel Crunch Bar for my snack it was 17 carbs per bar I was wondering is that getting my to many carbs a day to keep losing fast? Wonder if I should just eat the low carb meals.
Weight loss is going to vary week to week, and will start to slow down the closer you get to goal. Just keep following the sheet, and focus on your goal not the weekly weigh in number.
Also if you use the IP products as outlined the counting has been done for you so you don't need to stress over that. The carmel crunch bar as your one per day resticted is fine as are any of the other IP bars.
