One serving is one IP packet and one serving of vegetables.

You have fantastic photo taking skills (nevermind the recipe creations!). I check this post every day to check out what you added.

Thanks for doing this!

Why thank you! :D Alot of the recipes do not have IP packets, but are low carb, healthy recipes. Also, if you wanted the Rhubarb Crisp, instead of using the IP oatmeal packet you could use a Quaker Oats oatmeal packet of your choice and do the same thing.

Quick question. Is the ricer blade that you use for cauliflower a standard blade?

It's just the blade you would use to shred cheese in the food processor.

Veggie shreds are in the natural food section of your grocery store. Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, and Fred Meyer are the stores in my area that carry shreds.

Minty Mojito

http://www.lamberjules.com/wp-conten...522_180930.jpg

Minty Mojito
Ingredients:
Pellegrino water
Lime
Mint
Stevia

Instructions:
This is really to taste so I don't have exact measurements.
Pour Pellegrino water into a glass and leave enough room for a lime wedge and ice (About 1.5-2 cups)
Add lime juice (about 1 tablespoon) and drop lime wedge in the drink.
Squeeze mint in hand gently to release the flavor and then add to water (about 6 leaves)
Add 2-3 droppers of liquid Stevia or 1-2 packs of powered Stevia.

Stir well, taste to see if you need to add anything else, then add ice and enjoy!!!!

I seriously love this mojito drink! It's so refreshing and a nice change from drinking plain water at dinner. Think about using this recipe when you have a party or go to a party. Nobody will know you aren't drinking and probably want to have what you are drinking!

Thank you Texas!! Can I call you Mr. Texan?? :) Have you tried the mock mojito????? Wow!! So yummy on my taste buds!

A1Texan 05-28-2013 04:17 PM

Amber because of all the help and inspiration you have given me, you can call me anything you want ;) When I go shopping this week I plan on getting everything for the mojito. I love the real ones, so I know I'll love these. Thanks

I tried the cauliflower pizza today and it was delicious! I had to use two cups of cauliflower because mine kept drying up in the microwave. Please tell me if I omit the tomato sauce I can have this everyday! Do you use soy shreds as part of your 8ounces of meat?
Thank you Amberjules!

I'd like to personally thank you for causing me to TRASH my kitchen twice this week!

Your recipes are yummo but man! Do I make a mess when I cook them!

Had the Shepherd's pie and the Chicken Salsa Verde/Caulirice combo.
