YES - you totally go girl! Keep on doing what you are doing. It's no one's business but your own what you choose to do with your own body and your own health and how you choose to achieve those goals.

I only heed opinions from people in any area of my life where they have reached the level I desire to attain.

The one person in my life who has the body and health I am moving towards, is actually the only person who is 100% supportive of me and a cheerleader of my current losses and body changes.

Isn't it something how everyone else is a Negative Nellie when they haven't even achieved balanced levels of health and fitness for themselves? I shake my head in amazement.

I agree with John p. maintenance doing phase 4 won't last especially following those rules. I've been maintaining following my own rules. It's a struggle everyday, allot of good and bad days, but most people gain back. It's just the way it is sad but true

I was on ip with a friend of mine, saw her Sunday, lets just say she's not maintaining and she stopped march 1. She told me she's struggling. It's hard.
