The protein, fat, calories, carbs and sugar all look like they would work as a non-restricted substitute.

Sorry, I can't answer the potasium question.

Have you checked out the alternatives for phase 1 thread? There are a lot of products out there that you can substitute for the IP one's. Some of my favorites that I order from nashua nutrition are the proti thin, healthsmart and proti diet items. I also really like the quest bars.

A serving of that looks like it is more protein and more than twice the potassium
So if you used it, you'd want to use reduce the serving amount.
The problem is, if you reduce the protein, then the calories are skewed (too low)
I like the idea of stevia-sweetened, as well!
I know some folks on alts have used it in the past b/c I saw it mentioned on old alt threads. I agree with you, however, that this particular product may not match-up well if you're trying to mimic IP products.
Since others have used it, it sure looks like calorie-wise it works. You can give it a try and see how it goes...

Lisa-- thanks for re-posting IP Protocols all phases. I am really excited to look through as I begin to transition to alternatives shortly.
