Egg question

  • Could anyone explain to me why on phase 1 a serving of protein is 4 whole eggs PLUS 2 egg whites and on phases 2 and 3 the serving is 2 whole eggs? The serving is still suppose to be 8 oz if eating meat so why are eggs different?

    My guess is mis-prints. My original P1 sheet had the 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites, not the 4 whole eggs...

    I think the final consensus was that it is 4 whole eggs plus the 2 egg whites, no matter what phase.
  • The Phase 1 sheets were updated both in June of last year and within the last month or so - the correct egg portion for any phase is 4 whole plus two whites. It's entirely possible your phase 2 and 3 sheets are old versions.

    Hmmm, just got them from my coach today but I guess it doesn't surprise me. Not a real fan of my "coach". Thanks
