Default Odd Question - Just Curious

Does anyone happen to know why some IP packets call for "cold water" and some for "very cold water"? I could find no rhyme or reason for it. At first I thought that foods you would want to eat cold (like puddings) were the only ones with the "very", then I discovered some others (like some soups) do too.

I too love this diet too. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could lose so much, so fast, so painlessly and I am keeping it off very easily too. Got my husband and several of my girlfriends on it and get to see them slimming down as well. Doesn't get any better than that!

I just like to know and understand everything and the "cold water" versus "very cold water" is a bit of a mystery to me.

Could be as simple as a difference in who wrote the directions. I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

Thanks Lisa. I am not concerned at all, just curious. The directions are on the packets and the boxes. For instance, Broccoli and Cheese Soup and Dark Chocolate Pudding say "Very cold water". Plain Omelet and Soy Patty, on the other hand, state: "cold water".

I guess I am just bored today and have nothing more weighty to wonder about...
