I am in week 6 and experience the same thing. I don't understand how others can not be hungry at all. Some suggestions I have used and help a little are to drink warm tea which curbs the hunger, increase water intake and it is ok to have 2 egg whites to get you through the day. I find water with Mio helps some too but others have had weight loss stall from Mio so be careful.

Are you getting all your water and veg in? Or maybe you need to change the timing of when you eat and how much. My doctor wants me to eat every 4 hours. I eat my 8oz meal as lunch. Sometimes I split the protein up and eat part of later/separately. But having my big "meal" mid-day helps me feel full until I get home from work.

I don't see what your weight is, but I've seen some people start the protocol with 4 packets instead of 3 (based on coach's recommendation).

I know some people will a couple egg whites to fill in the gaps. My Dr has said he'd rather me eat more veg or protein than go off-protocol if I ever get that hungry.

The egg whites with sea salt helps me. I also have a cup of tea around 3:00 everyday to get me to dinner time. It helps when I up my water intake and try to stay busy to keep my mind occupied! Good luck (:

I am the same way on IP. Really do envy those that say that they have to remind themselves to eat! I have not ever come close to that. I struggle constantly trying to stay on program. I am in a re-start so this is my first week of it, but this is what it was like my first go around also. Oh well. I still love the fast weight loss IP gives us. That is why I am back!

I find this happens to me the days I am at work. I like to have my evening snack after dinner but you could try having it as your afternoon snack instead. I also try and drink a tea or more water in the afternoon so I feel full longer.
