At my WI yesterday I lost .2 and my coach said it's because I'm taking Nyquil & Dayquil that I kicked myself out of Ketosis. Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure how I'm going to sleep without the Nyquil

Are you taking the liquid form, or the pill form? The liquid form does have sugar in it, but you should be okay with the pill form.

It's pretty amazing all the products they sneak sugar into. And NyQuil still tastes awful! This program has definitely taught me to read labels on anything I put in my mouth.

You should be ok with the pill form. Double check the ingredients, but most pills don't add sugar. I've been taking the pill forms of both for the last few days, and haven't had any issues. My weight was even down today. Don't you hate spring colds?! I think there should be a rule that there's no colds allowed after April 1st!

Worst case, ask your pharmacist for a diabetic-friendly version. Those will be sugar free and safe for IP
