Yes. They are complete meal replacement drinks for Phase 4 maintenance. For emergencies and on the go food.

Yes, it's coming in April. My coach is actually at a conference today. Also several new menu items, such as prepacked chocolate pudding.

My coach keeps mentioning these for phase three-not sure why. When I did P3 before vacation I lived the breakfasts.

My coach said they should be used in a bind only.

IP wants you to eat real food but understands sometimes people are in a time crunch.
