I switched to alternatives a week ago and now my weight loss has slowed. I still lost .6 this week but it's much less than before. I bought alternatives that were mentioned. I'm nervous now. Any suggestions?

I had the same thing happen to me when I started alternatives this past week. I started tracking everything on my fitness pal app to see if I can figure things out.

It's probably just a coincidence that it was lower this week. The weight loss is not going to be consistent throughout your entire time on IP. It's normal to have weeks with very small or no loss.

You are going to have low weeks and high weeks, whether you are on IP products or alternatives.

Unless you have an unusual sensitivity to the ingredients in the products you are using (which is the exception, not the rule), alternative products are nutritionally just about the same as IP products.

Also, don't forget that fat loss isn't just measured on the scale, if you lost inches but not weight you still lost. Weight loss is not a straight drop, your body will adjust along the way.
