Thank you everyone!!! I AM overly sensitive esp since I have not cheated and because this is important to me. I don't understand why the coaches always assume the worse. I am overly sensitive to begin with.

I am going to wait, I don't know if my coach is sick or on vacation.

I am so afraid I will slack off, but really all they do is weigh me, measure me and I buy food. (And check to see if I am buying enough food)

LOL yes - that is where I have been getting my alternative products since week 8 :) The selection is good and their prices are great. I turned Kileymed and NinjaNurse to the dark side... (insert evil laugh)

I have a great coach and my clinic is one of the first to bring IP to central CT, so I feel that they are maybe better trained (like they were trained the 'old' way maybe?). That being said, I had to go to other coaches here and there at my clinic because of vacation and my schedule, and I did NOT like the other 2. Cocky and snooty and judgemental. I have friends that see them and like them, so I guess everyone is different.

I also believe that I have learned way more here than I have through my clinic. You have the hang of the protocol and you have great support and resources here and with Scorbett and Kileymed at home.

I am needing some help. I am thinking of doing the ideal protien diet and dont know where to go for it. I too live in Dartmouth. I am totally new to this site also.
