How do you enter IP food on my fitness pal? Do you scan?

All the products are in there thankfully. You just type in the food search Ideal Protein strawberry wafer or Ideal Protein caramel nut bar (etc..)

I've always had to type Ideal Protein first and most times if I don't type in the exact thing on the package I can't locate it. So far though I've eventually found everything I was looking for.

Hope you're enjoying this nice S.TX. weather! I went out and trimmed the Lantana this afternoon and it already had leaves starting.

You can also add things easily, so if you know there's a product or recipe you use, you can type it in once under My Recipes, or Meals, and it will keep memory of it so you don't have to type it out over and over
