Fat loss is fairly linear and an equation of energy. If you're following the IP plan, you're losing fat.
Weight loss is fat + water. People (and especially women) can retain water for a long period of time for any number of reasons.
Taking your post for face value, you're probably due for a "woosh" soon which means you will drop a number of lbs seemingly overnight.
Bottom line is, stick with the program. You'll be fine.
However, lets say I am wrong. Lets say you're not retaining water. A trip to an endocrinologist for a full work up will be helpful. If you have good insurance - be proactive and go to the doctor now.
Either way - stick with the program. Don't give up.
Good Advice from John. I've hit a wall but it's all me. I've been maintaining well but I've just not been focused enough. Goals work well for me. Set some short term and long term goals and go for them. I want to be below 300 by February 8th when I go on vacation. I have about fifteen pounds to go. It's a huge number for me, I've not been below 300 for over ten years. I am scared and excited at the same time.Originally Posted by JohnP

Good luck. You can do this.
