Default First Weigh-in tomorrow
Started last tuesday. Praying for some results tomorrow. Some of the food I really enjoy. The weekend was a challenge being on the go but I stuck it out. Couple things that stood out - the omelette, RTD shakes, made a spinach and vanilla RTD shake today. It was AWESOME!! Been a lurker on here for awhile. Great support and information on here.

Welcome and congrats on staying 100% on plan. I'm sure you will love the results at your weigh in tomorrow. It's really motivating stepping on that scale the first couple weigh ins.

My first weigh in tomorrow too! I'v been on IP since 1-1-13. I agree, love herb and cheese omelette have not tried the RTD drinks. Good Luck and welcome!
