And on the unrestricted items.. one of my favorites is the chicken ala king. I cook cauliflower and broccoli and add it to it and it reminds me of pot pie filling. Especially good on cold winter days and very filling. I'm with you on the Mango Smoothie....too thick for my tastes but I really like Strawberry-Banana Drink. Not nearly as think. Just some ideas.... Take it day to day and come to this website when you're feeling overwhelmed...it really helps!!
