Do you ever feel like your not losing?

  • This week i feel like i havent lost a pound...I have been OP so far.....
  • My scale plays mean jokes with me if I try to check out my progress before my weigh-in day.

    Today it says I am up over Monday's weigh-in; I can't be as I stuck to my plan, exercised and drank all my water daily.

    In the 5 months I have been on my program, I have lost every single week (knock on wood!).

    So I finally realized I can't trust my scale/body while it works it's weekly magic out!

    Keep your eye on the prize, don't go off your plan just because of the scale!
  • All the time. I think its natural. I got some good advice. Trust the diet. It will work
  • I would guess most of us have felt like that at times. Best to just wait for your weekly weigh-in. A coupe of times I was sure I didn't lose and was pleasantly surprised when I did. One week I actually did not lose - just stayed even. If you follow the program, you will lose over time, even if you have a low or no loss week once in a while!
