I have been inspired and supported so much by WUV and I think many of you have also mentioned it as well. Several of us are getting together and writing to Dr. Oz to see what we can do to get some recognition for our WUV and her weight loss. We were inspired by the PEOPLE magazine article on these people who have lost 100lbs. Well WUV has lost 200! If any of you would lend your name and location to the letter we would WUV it! Just PM me. I will send you the letter so you can see what we are writing!

Just wanted to add that you have to sign up for a CNN online account to "vote" for the story to be aired, and afterwards you can vote by clicking on the green button that says "This story belongs on CNN." Just liking or following the story on facebook isn't a "vote"...though it might help get more votes :)

Thanks Maezy1. Maybe Dr. Oz will invite us to the show when "Wuv" is on, I know he will have her on. Obesity is like an epidemic in the USA and he likes success stories.

I voted on CNN. There also is a page on FB where called "fundme"where we are trying to raise some money to get Lisa's skin reduction surgery done. I am not computer literate to get the link over to here where more people could see it. Can anyone do that?

Wow, such a great idea! PM'd you. I was on IP from July-November 2011 and WUV was an incredible support. Back then I felt she should be recognized but couldn't figure out what to do. I'm starting IP again to lose the extra pounds I've since gained back, so I thought I would join in on the forum again. To see WUV here still supporting everyone and achieving her goal over 1 year later is incredible!! WAY TO GO WUV!!! I hope to see you on Dr. Oz one day very soon!!

Hi Lisa, I think the only way they can take paypal is if you have a paypal account yourself. I did check the links on gofund and am quite sure it is a secure site.
